Crossed Souls unlocks new deck-building possibilities like never before for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. This 100-card expansion introduces Zefra Monsters, a new omni-theme monster that combines with 5 different Deck types!
Each Zefra monster is shared between the most popular archetype groups from recent editions, making them either Zefra/Shadow Marionette, Zefra/Satellknight, Zefra/Yang Zing, Zefra/Nekroz, Zefra/Spirit Beast. Duelists with one of these decks can add Zefra monsters to spice up the Deck composition, OR build an entirely Zefra monster Deck, combining all five sets!
Although their cross-theme potential and monster effects vary, all Zefra monsters can take advantage of Crossed Souls' new and powerful Zefra magic cards and traps, which enhance the boosting power offered by Zefra monsters in all the Decks welcoming them. At the same time, a pure Zefra Deck (or a Deck appropriately embellished with Zefra) can now grant itself enhanced access to Shadow Puppet, Satellknight, Yang Zing, Nekroz, and Spirit Beast cards!
Zefra monsters open up an unprecedented combination Deck-building opportunity, but Crusader Souls also arm Duelists with new non-Zefra cards, for Ardent Abyss Decks, Magidolce, Infernoid, U.A., Yosenju, and other Decks .
