These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Fantasy Sphere with capital of 10,000 euros whose head office is at 55 avenue de Gleyze Vieille 31520 Ramonville Saint Agne and the premises at 14 Place Marnac 31520 Ramonville Saint Agne, registered at trade and company register of Toulouse under number B 901 518 647 hereinafter referred to as "RTFC - Fantasy Sphere" and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via this site, referred to hereinafter "the buyer".
Object :
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between RTFC - Fantasy Sphere and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through this site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by RTFC - Fantasy Sphere. Fantasy Sphere reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Characteristics of the goods and services offered:
The products and services offered are those listed on the product page. These products and services are offered while stocks last. Each product is accompanied by a description established by the supplier, visible in the text describing the ad.
The photographs will be as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to the colors (by this we mean that a red product for example will not necessarily have the same red tint as on the photo).
Prices :
The prices appearing in the advertisement are prices inclusive of VAT in euros taking into account the VAT applicable at the time of validation of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products or services. RTFC - Fantasy Sphere reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the advertisement on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Geographical area:
The online sale of products and services presented on the site is reserved for buyers who reside in Metropolitan France, Europe, and the French Overseas Territories.
Orders :
The buyer who wishes to purchase a product or service must:
- make payment under the stipulated conditions;
- confirm your order and payment. Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of the right to rely on one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions. The seller will communicate by email confirmation of the registered order.
Withdrawal:
Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen calendar days from delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
Single cards and products with random content that have been opened, such as boosters, will not be returned.
Payment terms:
The price is due when ordering.
Payments will be made by credit card, personal check, wire transfer or PayPal.
In the case of payment by bank transfer or personal check, the product will be shipped only after cashing of said check or account credit. At the buyer's request, he will be sent a paper invoice showing VAT.

Refunds and Dispute Resolution: Refunds for cryptocurrency transactions will be made based on the Euro value of the original purchase and Euro or USDT, at our convenience. Deliveries:
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of RTFC - Fantasy Sphere.
In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
Guarantee :
All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code except for single cards. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All complaints, requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made by post to the following address: RTFC - Fantasy Sphere 26 Place Marnac 31520 Ramonville Saint Agne, within thirty days of delivery.
Archiving & Proof:
RTFC - Fantasy Sphere. will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code. The computerized records of RTFC - Fantasy Sphere will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Litigation :
These conditions of online sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Toulouse, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.
