🎯 Rules of the game "11 years old - 11 winners - €111 each"
Article 1 – Organizer
The game is organized by Fantasy Sphere, a TCG specialist shop located at 93 rue Pierre Paul Riquet, 31000 Toulouse, and its website www.fantasysphere.net .
Article 2 – Duration of the game
The game runs from November 11, 2025 at 00:00 to November 30, 2025 at 23:59 (Paris time).
The draw will take place on December 11, 2025.
Article 3 – Conditions of participation
- The game is open to any adult individual placing an order on fantasysphere.net during the game period.
- Excluded from the game are: Fantasy Sphere staff and their relatives.
- Participation in the game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules.
Article 4 – Participation Procedures
- Any order with a total amount of at least €11 including VAT, excluding shipping costs, placed on www.fantasysphere.net between 11/11/2025 and 30/11/2025 inclusive, gives the right to participate in the prize draw.
- Orders must be validated and paid for to be processed.
- Orders cancelled or refunded before the draw date will not be counted.
- The same person can obtain multiple entries by placing multiple eligible orders during the period.
Article 5 – Selection of winners
- On 11/12/2025, a draw will be held among all eligible orders.
- 11 different orders will be drawn at random.
Article 6 – Endowments
- Each winner will be awarded a voucher worth €111 including VAT.
- The vouchers will only be usable on the website www.fantasysphere.net , in a single transaction, according to the terms and conditions.
- Vouchers are neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor convertible into cash, and no change can be given.
- Vouchers may be subject to an expiry date, which will be indicated in the email sent to the winners.
Article 7 – Notification of Winners
- Winners will be contacted by email, at the address linked to their Fantasy Sphere customer account, within 7 working days of the draw.
- If a winner does not respond or cannot be contacted within 14 days of this contact, Fantasy Sphere reserves the right to award the prize to another participant or to put it back into play in a later operation.
Article 8 – Personal Data
The data collected as part of the game (order information, customer contact details) is used solely for:
- game management,
- the designation and notification of the winners.
The data is processed in accordance with the applicable regulations and the privacy policy available at www.fantasysphere.net .
Article 9 – Fraud and Abuse
Fantasy Sphere reserves the right to cancel any non-compliant or fraudulent participation (multiple accounts, false information, attempt to manipulate the order system, etc.), as well as to modify, shorten, extend or cancel the game if necessary (bug, technical problem, etc.).
Article 10 – Acceptance of the regulations
Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Toulouse shall have sole jurisdiction.
